It is segmented into a number of in house departments that has laid a supply chain management of all tasks.
We are certified manufacturers of green building materials, namely, autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC Blocks), a perfect substitute for traditional red bricks.
When it comes to construction, it is of utmost importance to choose the right materials that are durable and sustainable. One such material that is gaining popularity in the construction industry is AAC Blocks. Among many AAC block manufacturers in India, Renacon is a trusted and reliable brand.
Renacon AAC blocks are made from a blend of fly ash, cement, lime, and other raw materials mixed with water and cast in molds. The resulting blocks are then cured under high-pressure steam in the autoclave, which gives them the unique properties of conventional bricks. We offer high thermal insulation, energy saving, good fire rating, low water absorption and high load-bearing capacity. Our product is accredited by BIS and certified by Green pro, and we are a member of IGBC.
Our manufacturing facilities are well equipped with the latest machinery and technology, following all quality standards – 5S Platinum awarded. We are strategically located at Arcot, Perundurai and Tirunelveli Sipcot, covering the entire south region with our vehicles and third-party vehicles. Our manufacturing capacity is at least 200000 AAC blocks per day, ensuring that we can meet our customer demands in a timely and efficient manner. Our Perundurai factory is India’s largest manufacturing unit for AAC Blocks.
